· Legal Identity: We are Farm To Table Food Processing, a Limited Liability Company registered in Qatar with C.R. Number 193752.

· Registration & Licensing: Our facility operates under Commercial License #274311 and Establishment ID 17-2542-38.

· Location: Our processing plant is located in the New Industrial Area, Doha, Qatar (Building 302, Street 15, Zone 81).

· Current Product Scope: We currently focus exclusively on fresh and chilled chicken products. While we hold licenses for meat production (C.R. Activity 101041), we do not offer meat at this time.

We offer four distinct levels of preparation, all fully customizable to your kitchen's specific needs:

· Chilled Only: Premium whole chicken or specific cuts delivered fresh daily.

· Chilled and Cut Cleaned: Whole chickens precisely butchered into parts (breasts, wings, legs, etc.) according to your menu's portion requirements.

· Chilled, Cut, and Marinated: Expertly seasoned using our signature blends or your own secret recipe. We utilize four specialized industrial marination techniques:

o Soak: For traditional, deep flavor absorption.

o Tumbler: Standard mass marination for consistency.

o Vacuum Tumbler: Uses pressure to pull flavor deep into the muscle fibers.

o Injection: Precise flavor delivery directly into the meat.

· Ready-to-Cook Shawarma Skewers: Chicken that is cleaned, marinated, and professionally mounted on skewers to your exact size and weight specifications.

· 3D Calibration Services: For restaurants requiring extreme consistency, we calibrate products in three dimensions:

o Weight: Precise gram-for-gram portion control.

o Dimensions: Consistent length, width, and height for uniform cooking.

Shape: Geometric fidelity to ensure every plate looks identical.

We offer 21 standard recipes designed by professional chefs for high performance in commercial kitchens:

· Middle Eastern: Shish Tawouk (Levant), Msakhan (Palestine), Shawarma, Teka (Arabian Gulf).

· International BBQ: American BBQ, Smoked Southern BBQ.

· European: Garlic Butter (France), Herb Chicken (Italy/Greece), Greek Chicken, White Sauce Tawouk.

· Asian & Spicy: Curry Chicken (India), Peri Peri (Portugal/Mozambique), Indian Chicken, Chicken Lollipop (Indo-Chinese).

Specialty: Philippine Tosino, Fajita (Mexico), Chicken Escalope (Schnitzel).

· Minimum Order: We have no minimum order requirement for our customers.

· Delivery Schedule:

o Order by 3:00 PM: Next-day delivery between 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

o Order 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Next-day delivery between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

o Order after 6:00 PM: Next-day delivery between 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Urgent Orders: Emergency same-day requests are accepted but confirmed only on a case-by-case basis.

· Reporting Window: Any quality issues or discrepancies must be reported on the same day of delivery.

· Resolution Policy: If manufacturing defects are found, we will retrieve the problematic quantities and provide a replacement delivery.

To open a commercial account and access credit terms (standard 30 days from statement), you must submit:

· Commercial Registration (CR) and Computer Card copies.

· QID/ID of owners and all authorized signatories.
